Hello Landscape Business Owner… Was your week a winner?
We had an amazing week!
I’d like to share how this week’s accomplishments will help landscapers win!
First, there’s nothing as impactful on the way you think than reading a good book, attending a seminar or meeting a winning coach.
We traveled to Indianapolis for the National Truck Equipment Association (NTEA) trade show event.
We met with more than 50 unique business owners or executives this week. We received a healthy dose of encouragement! The vast majority of our meetings revealed that business leaders are positive minded. Optimistic and positive conversations help build enthusiasm for the future. That’s a good thing!
However, the latest announcements of tariffs and trade wars have folks in business concerned about the future. Everyone is concerned that tariffs might impact pricing for supplies and equipment. No one likes uncertainty in business.
But here’s what we know firsthand… Business activity has improved since the election in November of 2024. Landscapers are buying equipment and getting ready for the busy Spring season. We hope this includes your company.
Next…the transportation industry is a leading indicator of economic activity.
At work truck week, we attended the Isuzu Commercial Truck of America update. Shaun Skinner, President of Isuzu Commercial Truck of America (ICTA) shared the news that Isuzu produced a record number of trucks in 2024.
It was the biggest year for Isuzu truck deliveries in North America since entering the US market in 1986. So that’s positive economic news in our book. Business growth creates opportunities!
Isuzu is our biggest business partner. If they are winning, it’s likely we will be winning!
Since 1998 Super Lawn Trucks has been designing, building and delivering the world’s most efficiently designed Lawn and Landscape trucks.
About 95% of the truck bodies we build are installed on Isuzu N-Series trucks. Isuzu provides a rugged, no frills work truck platform at a terrific price point. We enhance the Isuzu truck chassis with our truck bodies, loading ramps, fueling stations, marketing packages and tool storage systems. Landscapers that get more done at lower costs have an advantage in their market.
Our goal has been to remove trailers from the roads of North America. We believe that removing trailers creates a safer and more productive work environment for the public and for the landscape companies who operate without trailers.
We have been working on expanding our manufacturing capabilities so we can help more landscape companies win in the future. We will open our second location to expand our capabilities to manufacture aluminum and composite truck bodies.
Here’s a drone shot of our new facility from 30 days ago.

We expect this property and our expanding line-up of truck bodies will help many more landscape companies win as they reduce the use of trailers inside their company.
We plan to keep you posted in the future about opportunities to visit, collaborate and grow together.
Here’s to winning in business!
