Super Lawn Trucks was awarded Best in Show in the non-plant category
for their display, the new SLT-Pro series. Bobby Flowers presented the award on behalf of the Georgia Green Industry Association.

The SLT Pro 12GL by Super Lawn Trucks (SLT) is the newest member in the brand’s line of vehicles engineered specifically for green industry landscape contractors and business owners. According to Tony Bass, president and founder of SLT, the new truck gives small lawn and landscape companies the competitive advantage needed to survive in today’s economic climate.
“We talk to contractors and owners every day about their business and equipment needs and they want to get into the Super Lawn Truck family, but at a lower price point,” said Bass. “We listened and have responded with a vehicle that not only positions a company to better handle the current economic downturn and rising fuel costs, but also supports the long-term success of their business.”
According to the United States Census Bureau’s Statistics on Business, more than 75 percent of landscape firms in 2005 had fewer than five employees (65,286 firms), businesses that Bass considers ideal for the new truck.
“The SLT Pro 12GL is a perfect fit for businesses with annual revenues under $250,000 – one to three-man operations – because of its well organized, practical system,” said Bass. “But to benefit even more from the efficiencies offered by the new truck, it is critical that these companies have a handle on their routing and scheduling, and labor requirements between commercial and residential clients.”
