Four Seasons Groundworks of Luling, LA purchased the crew cab Super Contractor Truck in 2024 for their landscaping and landscape enhancement crews.
Brennen and Sam Dauzet took delivery of their new truck from Tony Bass of Super Lawn Trucks in the summer of 2024. The Dauzat’s had been using the Super Lawn Trucks in their company for the lawn maintenance crews for many years.
They had heard about The Super Contractor Truck and they even saw them at some of the landscape industry trade shows like the Equip Expo and Hardscape North America. But it took them a while to make the decision to purchase.
The Dauzats worked with Maxx Bass to help them design the perfect Super Contractor Truck for their landscaping crew. Since they operated a landscaping crew with four to five people, they know they needed a crew cab truck. The Isuzu Crew Cab truck has seating capacity up to seven people, more than enough for the Four Seasons crew.
The Dauzats selected the 6 foot enclosed body with the 48 inch wide SR3200 side loading ramp. They added the 8 foot long steel dump body with the 60 inch high sides.
This body combination allows them to have a warehouse on wheels for storage of landscaping tools and landscaping supplies. This dump body can carry over 10 cubic yards of mulch to a job site safely without a trailer.
The Super Contractor Truck body package is matched with the Isuzu NRR gas crew cab chassis creating almost 9500 pounds of cargo capacity. The Isuzu NRR gas crew cab truck does not require a commercial driver’s license (CDL) because the maximum gross combined cargo weight is 25,500 pounds.
Super Contractor Trucks are growing in popularity among productivity-minded landscaping, hardscaping and fencing companies across the USA who would like to reduce or remove the habit of towing trailers.
The crew at Four Seasons can carry a stump grinder, a lawn mower, aerator, mini-skid loader and other wheeled equipment up to 3200 pounds in weight using the SR3200 side loading ramp.
The anti-slip coating on the loading ramp is rugged and makes it safe and easy for employees to quickly step inside the enclosed body to grab their tools and landscaping supplies. The aluminum and composite construction of the side loading ramp makes it very strong but lightweight at the same time. The loading ramp has gas spring assist to make it easy for the Four Seasons team to pull the ramp down and lift it up.
Since this loading ramp does not have cables or coil springs it has an amazing long life with very little maintenance requirements.
